!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
I’d have to give it a solid CP but still. I didn’t know they made an AWD Tempo!

A ceiling- mounted rocker switch to activate AWD is a nice price at any price.

This is a near copy of my first car. Mine had a maroon interior. I got it from my grandparents as a hand-me-down with around 50-60k miles on it.
It was awful. The AWD system constantly had issues and I helped my father replace the u-joints in the system nearly every winter.
I understand the unique appeal of it, but since I actually had one back in the day, all I remember is all the bad things about it.

it’s like part-time 4x4 on a truck or SUV. “Off” disconnects the rear drive train just like the transfer case shifter/selector on a truck. Also like part time 4x4 there’s no center differential so you didn’t want to have it engaged on dry pavement.

That price is counting on someone like you, but who doesn’t remember it being actual garbage.

I want a ceiling-mounted switch that turns off traction control and abs with one click. Actually, put it on the end of the shifter, with a little red cover over it.

I like ceiling mounted switches, I feel I should mount a bunch of random kill switches that need to be flipped back and forth in a specific order just so my car will start.
because I want to feel like a pilot!

so its not that it needs to be temporary, as in only for a minute or two, its that it needs only be engaged when slippery surfaces can account for a lack of slip in the driveline ?

How to feel like a pilot:
buy sunglasses
buy leather jacket
start drinking

it’s all the same
buy sunglasses
buy leather jacket
start drinking
talk in reassuring low toned croaky voice to passengers (usually just the dog) in the car about destination times and altitude (“we’ll be cruising at zero feet and occasionally 1 feet above the ground”
flip ceiling mounted switches
mumble about pre-flight checks
look over shoulder with intent to reverse out of the garage
floor it in a forward gear into the garage wall

Took forever to find it.
